La Vertical tells the story of Dilu, a young adventurer who walks on his hands—literally upside down—while traveling through unfamiliar towns and encountering situations as unusual as they are charming. Along the way, he interacts with a talking house, a suspicious neighbor, eccentric families, a constantly complaining mayor, and other characters whose worlds are shaken by this inverted perspective.

The story invites readers to see differently in order to understand differently: to shift the point of view, reverse the logic, and observe the world from another angle. With humor and lightness, the book shows how a simple change in perspective can transform the everyday.
